当初一搬迁到纽约的布鲁克林，主唱和吉他手Peter Silberman就即刻进行其私下个人谋划The Antlers。很快地他以个人名义写手两张短辑，并开始组队。接着就发行了比较完整的专辑《Hospice》。The Antlers的音乐听起来有电子梦幻的氛围，乃属indie rock及dream pop一派。我一直都很喜欢这派系的音乐，特别能打动我的心，像coming-out-of-age一样，带些梦幻的叛逆。单曲Two、Bear、Kettering很不错。还有主音梦幻般的嗓音，总让我不禁开始dreamy起来。
"Hospice" is a 2009 self-released album by Brooklyn-based The Antlers. I like the dreamy and electro ambient, indie rock or dream pop is always my favourite, remind me those coming-out-of-age youth. Frontman Peter Silberman said The Microphones' song "Antlers has become the band's name. I would be always fascinated by the incident of naming. Such as 'The Catcher of the Rye", when I finally knew how the book was named, I dropped my tears.
